One week after his and Meghan Markle’s seventh wedding anniversary, Prince Harry traveled to Shanghai, China to give a keynote speech and host an executive summit.
Harry’s speech came after the release of Travalyst’s Five-Year Milestone Report, where the organization highlighted travelers’ power to drive positive change. Along with Harry’s speech, this week Travalyst also launched its first two-day Executive Summit with industry leaders and policymakers, which is the first in a global series to drive action in the industry.
“Now is the moment for the industry to reaffirm its commitment to being a force for good. Challenges will undoubtedly rise, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life, it’s that meaningful change never comes easily.”
“The true measure of our commitment is how we respond when the path becomes difficult,” he said. “We must never give up.”
Since its formation in 2019, Travalyst has grown from five partners to 13, the release added, representing a combined market value of over $3 trillion.
As Harry traveled to Shanghai, his wife Meghan and daughter Princess Lilibet were seen taking part in some mother-daughter beekeeping on May 25, which Meghan posted to her Instagram Story set to the tune of The Archies’ hit “Sugar, Sugar.”
