 Donald Trump said to be on leaked guest list to mega event in Venice

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's upcoming wedding will undoubtedly be one of the most lavish of the year.

The pair are preparing to finally tie the knot in a lavish ceremony, having been engaged for nearly two years, but have kept relatively tight-lipped about the details.

The duo is said to have wed in December, but whether true or not, they are now certainly planning to pull out all the stops for the nuptials.

The mayor of Venice has confirmed that the couple will celebrate their wedding in the Italian city of Venice this summer, and that some 200 people will be in attendance.

Details about their wedding came as Ms Sanchez, 55, who also recently boarded Musk’s all-female flight to space, was spotted enjoying some shopping in Milan.

Mr Bezos told CNN last year: “Lauren is the most generous, most big-hearted person that you would ever meet... She never misses a birthday. The network of people that she gives birthday presents to is gigantic. And that's just a small example.

“We're really great teammates, and we also have a lot of fun together. And we love each other.”

Here is what we know about one of the biggest weddings of the year.

It looks like the dates have been set for the end of June between June 26 and 29, which will be two years and one month after their engagement.

Mr Bezos proposed with a $2.5m diamond ring, so big that Ms Sanchez “kind of blacked out for a moment”.

Reports from December, that the two were planning a Christmas wedding in Colorado, appear to not have come to fruition.

There will be a stellar guest list
As well as Longoria, the guest list will also include Leonardo Di Caprio, Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey, as well as President Trump, reports the Mail Online.

Barbra Streisand, Queen Rania of Jordan and the Kardashians are also said to be saving the date.

It will likely be on a massive yacht

We finally have confirmation that the wedding will take place in Venice, but what about the venue? The Mail has said that Bezos’s $500m yacht Koru will most likely be the place where they celebrate the wedding ceremony.

“The event… will take place aboard their $500m mega yacht Koru, anchored in the Venetian Lagoon,” a source said. Local regulations may force it to move from its current mooring, however.

However, we’re hearing mixed reports so we’ll have to wait and see where they eventually choose.

It’s also rumoured that there may be multiple locations for the event, including an open-air theatre.

What’s more, the couple have some high-end wedding experts onboard to help them with Lanza & Baucina doing the decor, while Oscar De La Renta is reportedly one of the designer brands she’ll wear during the wedding.
